Terms and conditions - Christmas Prize Draw 2014 

By entering the Christmas Prize Draw (the Prize Draw), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  The promoter of the Prize Draw is C A Nicolson Art Limited, 23 Ranelagh Street, Wellington.

2. The Prize Draw is open to any person in New Zealand who completes an online or paper entry form and submits it to C A Nicolson Art.  Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. The Prize Draw will be drawn on Monday 1st December 2014. The winner will be a randomly selected person who
    completes and submits an online or paper entry form. The winner will be advised of their win by telephone or email.

4. The winner will receive an original framed C A Nicolson lino print titled "Cuba Street" (the Prize).  The Prize is not 
    transferable. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
